About
The Housing Advocacy Community & Watchdog Organization (HACWO) was founded in 2017 by Dalvaro Kimani Weaver, an undergraduate Chemist, independant Scholar and Science Researcher, a Naturalist, and, Previous Notary Public of Georgia. Our chief functions are FOIA governoment investigation and litigation, taking compliants from citizens to seek all resolutions possible within our power, community education, and corporate to community consultations for Real Estate and Tenant/Landlord disputes, and fundraising. Power Attorney representation for your services in SSA, banks, IRS, etc., and real estate investigations. We are also a protest organization. We desire your donations at every financial level possible from a penny, to stocks, to Wall Street, and real estate.
